Farney PC Attorneys Named to Super Lawyers Lists Nationwide

GEORGETOWN, Texas – Four lawyers from the Texas-based intellectual property law firm Farney PC have been recognized among the top attorneys in their respective states by their peers and the publishers of Super Lawyers. 

Like all the honored Farney PC attorneys, name partners Bryan Farney and Steven R. Daniels are noted for their work in intellectual property litigation. Both earned selection to the 2015 Texas Super Lawyers list.

Mr. Farney has litigated high-stakes patent disputes before federal district courts, appellate courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. Supreme Court for more than 25 years.

Mr. Daniels has extensive experience in patent infringement litigation and trade secret misappropriation claims for clients in a variety of industries, including cases involving wireless technology, computer software and hardware, gaming devices, pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Jonathan D. Baker, who practices in the firm’s Silicon Valley office, is recognized on the California Super Lawyers list. Mr. Baker has almost 20 years of experience litigating patent cases on behalf of numerous leading technology companies, in addition to helping individual inventors develop and implement patent monetization strategies.

David P. Swenson of Minneapolis is named to the Minnesota Super Lawyers list. His practice focuses on patent litigation, appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court, and advising clients on IP portfolio management and monetization strategies.
